Post Market Surveillance (PMS) & Vigilance System:

GMS uses Post Market Surveillance as an integrated part of its QMS to collect and evaluate feedback from customers regarding GMS products. According to EU requirements, GMS updates the PMS in a timely manner depending on the device class using the PMS plans, questionnaires and reports.
If a complaint meet the criteria of an incident, GMS applies the vigilance system taking into account reporting to interested parties including competent authorities and notified bodies, as appropriate.
